Jingle Ball Tour To Benefit Ryan Seacrest Foundation

Posted on 09:36 by Unknown
Clear Channel Media and Entertainment announced today its partnership with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, an organization dedicated to inspiring today's youth through entertainment and education focused initiatives, for eleven cities of the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2013 Tour.

The national iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2013 Tour is the season's biggest annual music event that captures the holiday spirit of the iHeartRadio app, in Dallas, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Atlanta, Minneapolis, New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Tampa and Miami.

"Clear Channel continues to work closely with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation in its mission to inspire youth and we commend Ryan for the success he has made in building Seacrest Studios across the country," said John Hogan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clear Channel Media and Entertainment. "We are thrilled to support such an important cause through our national radio, digital and events assets such as Jingle Ball, so RSF can continue to positively impact hospital communities."

"Clear Channel is an amazing partner for me professionally, so I was especially touched when they chose the Ryan Seacrest Foundation as their charity partner for eleven of the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2013 Tour cities," said Ryan Seacrest, Host and Executive Producer of the nationally syndicated "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" and founder and chairman of the Ryan Seacrest Foundation.

"The donations that our Foundation will receive from Jingle Ball will continue to strengthen and help extend our impact in pediatric hospitals throughout the country. We're forever grateful for Clear Channel's continued support of RSF."

The Ryan Seacrest Foundation builds broadcast media centers, named Seacrest Studios, within pediatric hospitals for patients to explore the creative realms of radio, television and new media.

Each year, cities involved in Jingle Ball utilize the concerts' success and popularity to make a difference in communities across the country and to help others. As the 2013 official charity partner for select Jingle Ball cities, including: Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Minneapolis, Atlanta, New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Tampa and Miami, Clear Channel will donate $1.00 from every ticket sold to the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, as well as donate a variety of exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime packages to be sold via IfOnly.com, a premium marketplace offering exclusive experiences, and auctioned via the premier auction site Charitybuzz.com.

The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2013 Tour is also proud to be stopping in Dallasthis season. Dallas and the 106.1 KISS FM communities are working with the Kidd's Kids program of the Kraddick Foundation because of its close connection to Kidd Kraddick. Kraddick, 106.1 KISS FM's morning show personality, founded the Kraddick Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, which is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children with special medical needs after working with children with special needs in the Dallas community. Because of his sudden passing this past July, the 106.1 KISS FM and Dallas communities decided that this year's 106.1 KISS FM Jingle Ball 2013 was the best way to honor his legacy.

Beginning Nov. 19, 2013 local listeners have the opportunity to purchase or bid on a series of unique packages of tickets, meet and greets and other exclusive opportunities specific to each show.
